Can golfpad be enhanced:
1) to pickup the users current World Handicap System so that this is applied when starting s new round. Golfpad will need to have a WHS id record.
2) save the round results back into central WHS / England Golf so that round is recorded and handicap updates can be calculated.

Our team is working to broaden connections with specific golf handicap governing bodies worldwide, in hopes of providing ease of use features to Golf Pad users. What you have described requires agreements and approvals from these governing bodies, geographically.
We do not have any specific updates at this time, but we are always looking to enhance our users experience.
