COVID Update: Shipping times are taking longer than normal due to challenges being faced by mail carriers. Domestic orders are taking as long as 10 days and international orders are taking longer. For contiguous US states, 2 Day Express is the fastest shipping method during these challenges. Our carriers have a 95% success rate ensuring two-day delivery. Outliers may take an additional one to two days on average.
If you select "Expedited Shipping", we use Expedited shipping services. Your order will arrive more quickly than standard shipping, however, may still experience delays due to global events.
We've also seen many packages with no real time tracking updates though packages are being delivered. If you don't see tracking updates, please don't be alarmed. We appreciate your patience while everyone works through this global issue.
If your order doesn't arrive within 30 days of the last shipping update, please notify us.
Tracking Your Golf Pad Order
To track the status of your order, consult the tracking number in the shipment confirmation email. This is sent to the email address used to place the order within 24-48 hours of the order being placed. If you don't see it, check all your folders including SPAM, JUNK, PROMOTIONS, etc.Lost shipments are uncommon, however, if it's been 30 days since the last shipping update on your tracking number, contact us to file a lost shipment claim.
For most orders submitted before 12pm US Eastern Time, your order will ship the same day. Orders submitted later may ship the following business day. There may be exceptions if there are problems with the order. E.g. address unable to be verified.

How do I change the address or cancel my order?
To provide the fastest shipping time, we process orders via a fulfillment warehouse. Orders are processed very quickly. Once order processing begins, it's unlikely we can change or cancel the order. You can contact our support team and we will do our best to make the changes needed. If you've received the tracking number via email already, you may contact the carrier (e.g. UPS, DHL, FedEx, USPS) for address changes. Golf Pad can't guarantee they will make the update.
