Open Golf Pad and press the phone's power button on Android or swipe up with two fingers on iPhone. You should see SmartLock - the screen will remain active while the phone is in your pocket. If SmartLock is off, open Golf Pad preferences, select Golf Tags and follow the on-screen troubleshooting instructions.
